No need to cut the tip of this glove to have contol or tie a knot. I have used the fishing with conventional, spincast and they work real good fly fishing.

Even after they get wet they work and are not uncomfortable. I would recommend them for kayaking and for kayak fishing.

Nils...

Question for you regarding the Thunder Gloves...

Are you really saying that you could tie a knot (braid) with these gloves? If that's the case order me some because I've never had enough feel in any glove (without cutting the tip of the finger off) to do that.

Yes you can tie a knot with them on. Braid, mono to braid. Just make sure you get the right size, they are supposed to be snug, and it's like having nothing on. They get wet and it's like a thin wetsuit, you stay warm. Not sure if that is true when december comes around. I use neoprene when it's that cold.
You can try mine anytime you like, we should have some more in by the end of the week.

Nils...

Next time I'm in the area, which should be this week, I'll stop in. Are you ever in the shop mid-day? I may have to make a run down to your area this week. Thanks.

Per your and Kev's advice, I'll try em on first.

On the Water magazine has a product review of the Thunder Gloves in this month's edition....

Just thought you'd want to check it out.

I had a little problem with my gloves, the strap actually fell off. I brought them to the show so Kadir could take a look at them. I have no idea how the strap came off, I was just looking for a way to reattach it. No questions asked he gave me a brand new pair and told me to keep the old ones.

Great product, even better service. Thanks again Kadir.
