Ultimate Kayak Fishing: Eagle 350 Combo Vs Lowrance M68 Combo - Ultimate Kayak Fishing

After 4 years of fishing (probably 80-100 trips), my Eagle 242 is starting to give me problems. It gets stuck at certain depths. I have to pull the power plug to get it to run again.

I was looking for a combo that I could use with my existing ducer. I called Eagle and talked to tech support. I like the 350 and M68. It looks like the only difference is the color (color-m68 and grey scale 350), resolution (320 by 240-m68 and 240 by 160-350) and price (200-350 and m68 400). I did find out a 5 inch display combo is coming out in March for around 400. Both 350 and m68 use the same amount of power.

Does anyone own one?
