The kit includes the Ready-to-go Mirage well mounted eVolve Motor - Hobie eVolve and an additional assembly conversion kit for the twist & stove rudder.
They include both mounting options in the kit so you can use on or the other or change based on need.
The battery is a Lithium Manganese high performance Battery
Total weight of installed kit - 18 lbs / 8.16 kg (or less depending on configuration) Including motor, battery, throttle and cables.

The kit comes with through hull fittings and all the parts needed to install the motor with the cables in the hull for a clear and free hull. Hobie is using IP68 watertight connectors so have fun installing a motor.

The motor looks just a little bit smaller in the motor winding area to fit through the Hobie Well. I know that the Torqeedo 402 that we where testing would not fit. When looking at the Hobie eVolve it seems they evolved the shape to be a little more spindle-shaped and pointed toward the ends.
