Hey everyone,

My kayak seems to have been stolen overnight in Mattapoisett. I just got a new orange Hobie Revolution and used it for the first time on Sunday for a test ride before rigging it in time for the shootout. I left it on the side of the house so that some relatives staying at our house could use it. I just got a call that it is gone.

If anyone sees an unrigged orange revo in Buzzard's Bay with an NEKF sticker on the aft starboard side please let me know where you see it. It is also rigged with the Surf to Summit seat rather than the standard Hobie seat. No other markings except some black marker dots where I was planning on drilling the fishfinder mount.

thanks,
rustyhook

I hope this one is posted in all the forums around, maybe someone will be lucky and see it. I hate people who steal kayaks and tackle and may the fish gods jinx them for the rest or their life.

rustyhook,

I hope you get your kayak back.

Nils

Pay a fair price for tackle. Buy it at a tackle shop.

I modified the post, sorry about the confusion.

The kayak belongs to rustyhook, the original post is on NEKF, magpie forwarded it to me via PM and I posted it here. wink.gif Does that clear everything up? laugh.gif laugh.gif

I would say the chances of finding that kayak are pretty good.

That's an incredible bummer! I know how badly I felt after losing just a Hobie Trax cart a few days after buying it,....that guy must just be sick at this point to lose the whole kayak!!
Sure hope someone spots it and calls in the authorities!!
