This is a new template that should look good in IE, FF Mozilla or Opera when it's done. Right now I'm changing colors and layout to match. In IE the logo and background colr do not match, that is an issue I'll tackle later. There are some new features that we didn't have on the old homepage.
In the top right hand corner there is a new menu with:
A+ A- R || <>
the "A+" let you increase the text size
the "A-" let you decrease the text size
the "R" restores the default text size
the "||" switches you to the fixed width version
the "<>" restores you back to the fluid width version (This is the default layout)
Anyone who had login rights here let me know and I'll add your access back in. The submit news link works from the frontend and I have to figure out how to add the articles part.
