Jordan Mill Park

Jordan Mill Park in the bottom of Jordan cove is another car top boat launch that can be used to explore. It's to far up to be a great area to launch for kayak fishing for Stripers. It is a long paddle to get out to fishable waters through some scenic area and under a couple of bridges, the firs one will be the Amtrak railroad bridge.

From East: Go West on I-95 S. Take exit 83 for US-1/Frontage Roads toward New London 0.4 mile.
Merge onto N Frontage Rd/US-1 for 0.3 mile.
Take the US-1/Colman St ramp for 0.2 mile.
Turn left at Colman St/US-1 (signs for New London) for 1.7 miles.
Turn right at Bank St/US-1, continue to follow US-1 for 1.2 miles.
Slight left at CT-156/Rope Ferry Rd for 0.5 mile.
Turn left at Great Neck Rd for 0.3 mile.
Turn right at Trumbull Rd for 0.2 mile, look for Brown Long Islan Sound Public Access Sign between #15 and #17 Trumbull Lane.

From West: Go Eeast on I-95 N. Take exit 75 toward Waterford for 0.3 mile.
Merge onto Boston Post Rd/US-1 for 3.8 miles.
Turn right at Avery Ln for 0.3 mile, continue on Great Neck Rd for 0.3 mile.
Turn right at Trumbull Rd for 0.2 mile, look for Brown Long Islan Sound Public Access Sign between #15 and #17 Trumbull Lane.
