My favorite surf casting website and the the site that helped me promote kayak fishing here in New England is John's Striped-Bass.com They have an active forum and it's a great resource for fishing RI, MA and CT.

Charter Fishing:

My friend Capt. Billy runs Dezul Fishing, Can't Imagine Sport Fishing Charters out of Bristol RI on a 28 foot CC. You can't go wrong on a trip to Block Island or fishing Narragansett Bay with him.
